Membership in the Alumni Association is free and open to anyone who has graduated from the Marana Unified School District or who wishes to support the District. When you become a part of the Alumni Association, you are demonstrating your support for the District and its current and future students.
Formed in 2008, the Mission of the Marana District Alumni Association is to dedicate its activities toward the continued support of its alumni, school staff, students, friends, retirees, and community members by:
Supporting and assisting the schools and the alumni association.
Promoting school spirit and pride in students through historical knowledge.
Publishing an alumni newsletter.
Honoring alumni for outstanding accomplishments and/or contributions to the school, students and/or the community.
Assisting reunion groups with locating alumni.
Serving as mentors to current students, preparing them for future community roles.
Establishing scholarships to help fund future graduates to further their academic careers.
Developing email lists and websites for the alumni association.
Enhancing and preserving the image, prestige and traditions of the schools.
